Life is like a box of chocolates

Well, sort of...how about a heart-shaped BAG of chocolates featuring one of the new images from the Little Loud Stamps Love Collection from PaperWorksCo? Did you enjoy tonight's release party?

Aren't Charlotte and Jacob too cute, sitting so demurely on their park bench? I had to fill this little bag with chocolates after I showed it to my sweetie looking like this....

...empty. Apparently, he felt it needed chocolate. Personally, my original idea was this....

a little "movie night in" treat sack - some microwave popcorn, dark chocolate...and we are all set for a date night, just like Charlotte and Jacob!

I am already making good on my 2010 promise to myself to use my Cricut(s) more often (yes, I have more than one). I dusted off my Expression to make this little box - even used my CDS software to manipulate the cut onto a single sheet of 12x12 card stock! Yay Me! Oh, if anyone wants the cut file, just drop me a line and I'll email it to you.

Charlotte gives you her love

Hi again! I'm back with another project featuring one of the new stamps from the Love Collection from the Little Loud Stamps line over at PaperWorksCo.

I used this week's Mojo Monday 119 sketch for the card layout - sizing it for a 6x6 card instead of A2. I think it works quite nicely with this image and papers from the Persuasion Collection by Bo Bunny.

Thanks for stopping by! Here are the rest of the details:

finished size: 6x6 inches
image and sentiment: Charlotte's Valentine from the Little Loud Stamps Love Collection from PaperWorksCo
papers: from the December PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo, CTMH Chocolate for the card base
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Rich Cocoa
colouring medium: Smooch Paints (Siren), PrismaColor Pencils (927, 1082, 1024, 1087)
embellishments: dew drops, ribbon from my stash

Jacob the cupid

Hi folks!

I have another project featuring the Jacob the Cupid stamp - newly released by PaperWorksCo as part of their Little Loud Stamps Love Collection.

I used this week's sketch from the Create4Fun Challenge site. I think it worked perfectly with this adorable image and the gorgeous papers and ribbon from the PaperWorksCo December PaperCard Kit. They are the Bo Bunny Persuasion Collection - with a little CTMH Colonial White used for my card base. The flowers and fabric coloured brads are from my stash. I believe the brads are CTMH.

Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out the PaperWorksCo store online if you are interested in seeing the other stamps released on December 30th -- and you still have time to snag the December papercard kit - if you are reading this BEFORE January 1st!

Card Details:
finished size: 6x6 inches
stamps: Little Loud Stamps Love Collection
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, CTMH New England Ivy
colouring medium: PrismaColor Pencils (921, 927, 914, 940, 930), Smooch Paints (Gold Lame, Siren)
papers: Bo Bunny Persuasion from the December PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo, CTMH Colonial White (card base)
embellishments: ribbon from the December PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo, ultrafine glitter, flowers and brads from my stash
tools: Spellbinders Small and Large Circles, Cuttlebug Two Step Heart Die
extras: foam tape to pop up image and sentiment panel

Love is in the air....

or, in this case, in the box!

I altered another one of the A2 Card boxes I got some time ago from Taylored Expressions. I will be giving this one to my dearly beloved - probably with some of his favourite chocolates inside and it can later be used to store the "just because" cards I often bestow upon him.

The stamped image (and sentiment in the lower left corner) are newly released (just minutes ago!) from the Little Loud Stamps Love Collection from PaperWorksCo. Be sure to stop by the store to check out the new collection - just in time for the next big card-making holiday - Valentine's Day!

Today's the day

Hi folks,

A quick little scheduled post today BEFORE the big event tonight. The big event, you say? That's right - it's December 30th and tonight at 8PM ET is the release party for the next collection of stamps from PaperWorksCo.  Be sure to stop by the PaperWorksCo Blog to see what Peggy has up her sleeve.

In the meantime, I am at work today, for the first time AVOIDING the annual Christmas Xbox gaming day at our house at all costs. Can you believe it? Choosing work over hanging out at home? Let's just say that last year's event really left me pooped and since I am on-call this week for work, I figured I should be at work instead of competing for network bandwidth at home. I'm just hoping I'll be able to sign on for the release party tonight! I'm even going out for dinner with my dear friend Dominique (to PocoPazzo) instead of catering for the guys. They can fend for themselves this time! I am given to understand that takeout pizza will be on the menu...and cheetos (the gaming snack of choice). Of course they aren't really fending for themselves - I've written a note and posted it on the fridge telling everybody where all the goodies I purchased or made for breakfast, snacks and lunch can be found. Dearly beloved knows the phone number for the pizza delivery place from memory!

Anyways, on to today's card, a birthday card for a daughter of one of my friends - she just turned thirteen on December 23rd.

Card Details:
finished size: 4.25 x 5.5 inches
papers: CTMH Sweet Home
stamps: CTMH Be Yourself
ink: CTMH Indian Corn Blue
embellishments: brads
tools: Spellbinders Nestabilities Small and Large Ovals

See you tonight for the release party!

A pretty good paper bargain nabbed today

Hi folks....for my fellow Ottawans I just had to drop a line to share what I think was a pretty good deal that I got today. The office tower at which I work is attached to the Billings Bridge shopping mall, so during my mid-morning walk or at lunch time I can generally run errands and do a little shopping. Well, the Zellers store there has a lot of their paper-crafting supplies on clearance. I picked up TWO different 12x12 180 sheet pads of DCWV Christmas papers for half price - they were $11.49 a piece.

Don't know if you have a Zellers in your neighbourhood, or if they carry papercrafting supplies but...if they do it might be worth checking out! Get a head start on next Christmas!

A riding we will go....

Hi folks,

I believe this is the last of my Christmas 2009 cards that I have left to show - always the hardest, this one was for Jenn and her hubby - Brooks (my dearly beloved's youngest brother).

Aren't Betty and Bobby cute riding on their reindeer? Kind of like me and dearly beloved on the motorcycle...

Betty and Bobby are from Pink Cat Studio and were coloured with Prismacolor Pencils. The sentiment is from a Cornish Heritage Farms Christmas Sentiments set I got at Heather's Stamping Haven. And by now you should recognize these papers - more of my stash of My Mind's Eye Colorful Christmas!

Don't forget - tomorrow is the day! PaperWorksCo will be having a release party for the new Little Loud Stamps Collection (did you see my preview yesterday?) Be sure to join us at the blog!

Charlotte and Jacob - the first date

Hi folks....are you ready for a sneaky peek of the PaperWorksCo release that is coming on December 30th?
Really? Are you sure? Well...okay....you have all been pretty good putting up with my Christmas posts these last few days so....

Introducing "The First Date" from the Little Loud Stamps Collection.

Don't you feel like a voyeur peeking in on Jacob and Charlotte's first date? I think that meeting under the mistletoe went well for Jacob!

Making this card was a two-fold treat for me. I got to play with a new stamp AND I finally got to play with my Cosmo Cricket Earth Love papers. I think they work together beautifully - both visually and thematically. It's all about the love baby, all about the love!

Did you notice the little "just because" sentiment in the punch out on the bottom right of the card? It is included with the image.

Hope you enjoyed my little sneaky peek! Be sure to join us at the PaperWorksCo blog on December 30th for the release party. As always, Peggy has loads of fun planned during the festivities!

A simple Christmas Easel

Ahhh....are those of you who braved the Boxing Day crowds breathing a sigh of relief and giggling over the bargains you snagged? Hope you had fun!

We are getting close to the end of my Christmas 2009 card posts....boy I made a lot of cards this year!

I have another easel card - boy I love these. So easy to make yet everyone who receives them always comments on how nice they look.

Love these Jolly by Gollly papers from Cosmo Cricket. The colours just work together so nicely. And they match wonderfully with the CTMH Juniper card stock and ink with which I partnered them on this card.

Hope you are all having a restful day! Thanks for stopping by! Have you been checking out the previews for the new release coming from PaperWorksCo on December 30th? Cute huh? Well, be sure to stop by tomorrow when I will have a sneak peek for you of one of the new stamps....it is a cutie!

Keeping the Christmas spirit going...

Hi there,

phew, I know Christmas is now over but I still have a few more Christmas cards that I have not yet posted. So, today, I have for you a trio of cards using more of the images from Pink Cat Studio that I had coloured while in Newfoundland.

The papers on this Itty Bitty Betty Christmas Fairy are from the CTMH Jingle Collection. I think that the snowflake papers work quite nicely with Betty.

And yes, I know you must be sick of the MME Colorful Christmas papers but I do like them -- so here they are on these two cards!

Hope you aren't getting crushed by the boxing day shopping crowds - I personally don't do the mad shopping day. If I do ANY boxing day shopping it is online from the comfort of home.

Have a great day and if you are shopping....I hope you have on comfy footwear!

A collection of Snowmen

Hi folks,

hope Christmas day finds everyone well and in the company of those you cherish most. This is a scheduled post as our day will be filled with making the usual family and friend connections.

The following four cards all use the same layout and some cute little snowmen from The Greeting Farm.

The papers are, once again, from the Colorful Christmas Collection by My Mind's Eye. Peggy hooked me on these with the November PaperCard kit over at PaperWorksCo.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Angels we have heard on high

Hi folks,

I hope Christmas eve finds everyone relaxing and spending time with those they hold dear. I will be sharing the last of this year's Christmas cards over the days leading up to the end of the year. Hope you are not sick of them yet!

Both of these cards feature an angel stamp from Pink Cat Studio.

I do love this image. To me, this angel speaks of serenity, something we can all use at this time of year - the days leading up to Christmas.

I hope everyone finds some of that serenity over the next few days.

Merry Christmas Eve from our house to yours,

Sheena, Doug, Packet and Newton

Christmas Crunch begins...

And the Christmas card making continues....this time it was the Mojo Monday Sketch 118 to the rescue...
I made TWO cards (on Monday night no less) using this sketch for two of my co-workers - the guys with whom I actually share DBA responsibilities...

I used the same papers (CTMH Jingle) but switched up the images (from Pink Cat Studio)

Do you recognize Santa's Hat?  Harriet was wearing it earlier today! I also played around with the embellishments. As you can see on the penguin card, I used my Spellbinders Create A Flake 1 to make a snowflake to which I attached a sentiment from Cornish Heritage Farms that  I cut using one of the smaller of the Nestabilities Labels Four dies (same set I used for the image panels). On Santa, because he already has a sentiment, I added some white dew drops for interest and shifted the image panel.

I did take some liberties with the sketch but I think it works.

I'm taking Wednesday off from work -- to hopefully finish up the last of my Christmas prep and to deliver some Christmas goodies. Then back to work on Thursday for a partial day and MAYBE off to see Avatar in 3-D mid-afternoon, depending on how the Wednesday tasks go. Thanks for stopping by! And if we don't see each other in blog land until after the big day -- Have a VERY MERRY Christmas!

Introducing...

the newest member of the PWCO blog team! Nikki's first post is available for your perusing pleasure! Be sure to drop by and leave her some love....and check out her personal blog for some yummy candy she has up to celebrate joining the team!

Can you feel the excitement? Don't forget that PaperWorksCo is launching something new on Dec 30th. Have you left your guesses on Peggy's posts? If you haven't, be sure to follow the team's personal blogs as there MAY be some hints in the days leading up to the BIG RELEASE!

I want a hippopotamus for Christmas!

Remember how I said I got this song stuck in my head and HAD to make a card ... well...here you go!

Harriet the Hippo was one of the first three stamps I ever purchased from PaperWorksCo. Isn't she cute all dolled up for Christmas? I think Peggy should come out with a line of "accessories" for all the PWCO critters...don't you think that would be great? Santa hat, elf hat, easter bonnet, party hat, sombrero, safari hat...I could go on and on....

I used this week's Create 4 Fun Sketch challenge for the layout and the papers are all CTMH Jingle.
The snowflake was cut using my Spellbinders Create a Flake 1 and is held together with a Twinkle Brad from CTMH.

ETA - the Santa hat is from a Santa stamp from Pink Cat Studio. It fit Harriet to a "T".

Bacon Appreciation Day

So I did finally come up with something for "National Bacon Appreciation Day" (well, really, birthday of a friend of ours. My dilemma was three-fold....
  • originally he was getting a Star Wars card. He was here the day I got my "Galactic Friends" stamps and seemed to really want one of those for his birthday.
  • then, we got him a "zombie" video game as a birthday present. So, I thought...I should do a zombie card
  • then, the theme for his birthday dinner was announced - BACON! Dearly beloved felt that meant I needed to do a card that involved bacon.  He thought I should try to make it look like bacon. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO DO THIS? I had an idea in my head and all, but ...well, just wasn't getting it so...
I instead poked through my papers and stamps and decided to use a piggy image from Pink Cat Studio and some of the Earth Love papers from Cosmo Cricket.

I think the "Reuse" paper has a bit of a bacon-y feel don't you? Anyway, that's what I came up with - and I used Sunday Sketch #11 from PaperWorksCo. I just rotated it to fit the image.

card details:

finished size: 4.25 x 5.5 inches, side-fold
papers: Cosmo Cricket Earth Love Collection - Reuse, Repeat, CTMH Barn Red Textured
ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, CTMH Barn Red
Tools: EK Success Candles Border Punch, Spellbinders Nestabilities Circles, Marvy Uchida 1 inch punch
extras: Liquid applique, foam tape
colouring medium: PrismaColor Pencils with Odourless Mineral Spirits (928, 946, 929, 912, 917)

Stretch N bubbles - another digi stamps site

Just thought I would pass along a link to another site I have come across that does digi stamps - on Wednesday there is a freebie....trust me there are quite a few cute ones up there!

Check them out Stretch N Bubbles.
Hi folks, still nothing creative from me today - I'm struggling with making a card for a friend whose birthday celebration is being nicknamed "National Bacon Appreciation Day". Any ideas?

In the meantime, another new member of the PWCO design team was announced today! Stop by and say Hi! to Bella either at the PaperWorksCo Blog or on Bella's Blog.

Her debut projects are absolutely lovely!

I MAY be back later with a bacon card....or my hippopotamus christmas card. We shall see how it goes.

this feels strange

...It is Friday and I don't have a post prepared for the December PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo but I AM going to point  you to one of the new DTs blogs for a chance to win some blog candy she is offering!

Be sure to drop by Jenny's Blog and leave her some love!

I SHOULD have had something creative to show you here today as I still have birthday cards to make for December but....well, after a big Christmas lunch with my coworkers on Thursday I just did not have the energy....maybe tomorrow!

An Amazing Christmas Star Book

Hi folks....

Today I am once again show-casing a lovely creation by someone else. There are lots of pics as this is one heck of a project....

Introducing the Christmas Star Book that I was given to me by Steph.

Here is the front cover...

and the back cover...

 being opened...

in the star formation....

and now for the inside scenes....

Honestly, when her other half gave this to me at work on Tuesday I was awestruck! Seriously - Steph should be submitting her projects to both Provocraft (she is awesome with the Cricut) and  Spellbinders (look at those snowflakes and poinsettias!)

This is a keeper that is going to be displayed at my house for many Christmases to come!

Thanks Steph!

Note: this is a scheduled post so I hope it shows up when it is supposed to show up!

Welcome to PaperWorksco Jenny

Hi folks!

did you see that Peggy is announcing the new members of the blog team starting today? Yup...check out this post to see Jenny's first creation as part of the team! Welcome aboard Jenny!

I've actually been following Jenny's blog for some time now and definitely admire her work. I'm sure she will have lots of lovely creations for PWCO  in the months to come.

Oh...and has anyone else got the "hippopotamus for christmas" song stuck in their head. Well, I do. And guess what? PaperWorksCo HAS a hippopotamus named Harriet....

I AM SO MAKING A HARRIET CHRISTMAS CARD NOW...well not RIGHT now...I'm going to see the Arrogant Worms in a few minutes. But before this christmas season is out it WILL be made...and that card will go to the person who put that song in my head today.

.s.

A Beautiful Miss Anya

Isn't she lovely? This is the lovely Christmas card I received yesterday from Tanya. Don't you just love absolutely everything about this card? Such beautiful colouring and gorgeous DPs. And the embellies! Even her muff is soft and fluffy!

Thank you so much, Tanya! I feel honoured to be graced with one of your stunning creations!

Note: this is a scheduled post so I hope it shows up when planned!

Showcasing some fellow crafties

Hi folks!

So, one of the great things I have discovered since developing an interest in paper-crafting is that pretty much everyone who shares our hobby is super-sweet and thoughtful.

I have been meaning to share a couple of Hallowe'en cards that I received but I just haven't had the time, until tonight, to sit down and write a post.

First up is this card from Steph.

I think she makes some of the most fabulously "scrappy" creations I have ever seen. She doesn't have a blog, otherwise I would be sending you over there to check out her work. I have worked (off and on) with Steph's other half for 18 years so I am frequently the excited recipient of her crafty goodies! Wait until I show you the INCREDIBLE Christmas star book she made for me (coming up just as soon as I can process the pics).

The second Hallowe'en card I received was this absolutely adorable creation from Tanya:

Don't you just love the paper piecing? wow! Even my dearly beloved commented on how just how awesome he thought this was. I love all the DPs and think this is just so well laid out and coordinated.

Now, Tanya DOES have a blog so I am happy to send you over to Random Acts of Krafting so you can check out even more of her beautiful creations. In fact, I have another one that I am saving to show you that I just received today - a BEAUTIFUL Miss Anya Christmas card in Tanya's signature soft, sweet style.

So...tell me, don't you agree that, as card-makers, we are blessed to share our hobby with such fabulously talented people?

I don't have any of my own creations to share tonight - I SHOULD be making the last of my December birthday cards but I am afraid to try to go into my craft room....it still hasn't been tidied up and dearly beloved might have to send out a search party if I enter without a trail of breadcrumbs to follow back out!

So, be sure to stop by on Wednesday and Thursday when I will show you another lovely creation from each of these fellow crafties! Trust me, you will be impressed by their talents!

By now you may have seen

today's post over at PaperWorksCo. If you follow us over at PaperWorksCo, you know that the current blog team - Amanda, Tinla, Judy and I signed up for a term that ends this month.

My {crafting} ego was tickled when Peggy extended an invitation for another term as I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to play with new crafting goodies every month. Plus, it is quite fun to be among the first people to EVER get to play with new stamps. I was STALKING the postal carrier when I knew the new kit or stamps were on the way!

Sadly, I had to change my first answer of "heck yes" to "ummm....well....do you mind doing a call for a new team member?" But the change to my answer isn't for sad reasons....it's because I am needing to switch my crafting focus for the next couple of months from card-making to quilting. I thought it would only be fair to the team to open up my spot to someone who has the time to dedicate to giving their all since I find it very hard to shift focus when I am working on a big project - or in the case....two, three, four.....oh, did I mention I STILL have to make the matching pillow shams for Quiltzilla?

So, while I am stepping down from the blog team,  I will be taking part in the new release on December 30th (already have my projects planned!). And you can bet I will still be creating with the monthly PaperCard kits and TRYING to use up all the supplies that Peggy includes with them.

Oh...and I will likely be pestering Peggy with the ever present "are you doing a pre-order for......"....Cuttlebug folders...Spellbinders.....etc etc etc....

It has honestly been a blast and I can't wait to see all the new creations from the new and returning team members!

PaperWorksCo Sunday Sketch #13 - Take 2

Hi Folks!

Following up from last night's post, I have the partner card that uses the opposite pieces of the DP to make another card using Sunday Sketch #13 from PaperWorksCo

Peggy's tip that came with the Sketch was perfect. You can use the other pieces from your diagonally cut rectangles to make another card! Your triangles will just be the opposite! I kept this card pretty much the same as the first, with the exception that I flipped the sketch and used the bigger butterfly from the Verve set.
Not sure which of these two cards my Aunt will get - but I will have an extra one around for my stash!

Again, I hope you can find the time to play along this week! I think this sketch would look lovely with some of the DPs that have been in the recent PaperCard Kits from PaperWorksCo! Yes...that means you might just see me using this sketch again ... I do have some more Christmas cards to make and I still have some Little Loud Stamps Christmas Freckle images coloured up and waiting to be used.

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas

Yes, I am back with a second post for today. If you missed the first, feel free to scroll down to have a peeky.

Not only is this my second post for today, it is my second easel card for the Create4fun Challenge this week featuring an image from Pink Cat Studio AND papers from the November PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo.

I was also inspired by Sparkle's 2010 Christmas Card Challenge #1 to use a Santa image but I know this will wind up being used for this year's cards so I will need to make a different card using a Santa for my 2010 cards.

Santa was coloured using PrismaColor Pencils and I added a bit of sparkle to the tree with some Stickles - candy cane and yellow. There is also some fun flock edging his coat and hat.

I am also trying to embrace the HUGE borders that are left when using the numbered labels dies from Spellbinders. You know what  I mean - I HATE that they have a full quarter inch between sizes. I usually wind up hand-cutting an in-between mat for my images but this time I thought I would try something different (actually I did it on the first card as well). Borrowing from card-maker extra-ordinaire Markie's Mom - I filled that awful quarter inch gap with some white dots. I WOULD have taken out my sewing machine and tried sewing but....well, disaster area of craft room issues right now.

Card Details:

finished size: 6x6 inches

We wish you a Merry Christmas

Hi there! Did everyone fill their weekend with tons of Christmas preparations? Well, I didn't - not really. My tree is still not up...just could not get my head around it...but I did make a couple of Christmas cards.

The first was this one...

another easel card (for this week's challenge over at the Create4fun Challenge Blog), this time featuring an image from Pink Cat Studio. Did you notice that I am still using papers that were featured in the November PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo? I believe these ARE actually from the kit - I have my own separate stash of these papers but...I must confess they are MIA in my disaster of a craft room. I did find my Jolly by Golly papers and my Earth Love Papers by Cosmo Cricket today....but ...well...I'll have to keep looking for my MME papers.

Thanks for stopping in....there should be another post shortly of my other card I made today!

A gingerbread Bitty

Hi folks! Today I have for you another of the Itty Bitty Christmas images from Pink Cat Studio that I coloured up while on vacation in Newfoundland.

Again, I used papers and ribbon from my November PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo . This little guy will be going to my dearly beloved's nephew - he is only three so I didn't get too elaborate with it. Simply used my new Stampin Up Ticket Corner Punch to give the corners a little interest and popped up the circle on some foamies.

Hope he likes it!

Another Bitty Christmas

Hi all!

Well, I couldn't let my other Itty Bitty Betty from Pink Cat Studio go to waste so I used her on a card for my dearly beloved's niece.

All of the papers and the ribbon are from my October PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo .

I hope the little one will like it (she's only five).

Thanks for stopping by!

Can I persuade you....just a little?

To check out today's post over at PaperWorksCo? It features this creation of mine using the December PaperCard kit.....

with Bo Bunny's "Persuasion" Collection of designer papers. Aren't they yummy?

I'm actually playing along with THREE challenges with this card:
  1. my very own UCC challenge over at PaperWorksCo - layers, layers, layers!
  2. the lovely Mojo Monday 116 Sketch Challenge
  3. and Whimsy Stamps Challenge 31 - to use die cuts (my circle nesties of course!)

Thanks for stopping by today!

ETA - those are metallic dew drops on the bottom of the card. They come with the December Papercard kit from PaperWorksCo.....and I have my own bottle of them (among many others) in my crafting stash. I'm betting they will be popping up on several cards leading up to Christmas and Valentine's day!

Polar Cuteness - PWCO style

Can you believe it? THREE posts for me today! That's what happens when I take out my November PaperCard kit from PaperworksCo . You see, today I found myself in need of three more "kiddie" appropriate Christmas cards and the supplies in the kit fit the bill perfectly!

I think this little card is perfect for my dearly beloved's youngest (for now) niece.

I used Sketch 46 from the Inspirational Card Sketches blog for this card layout. The bear, star and trees are all popped up on foamies for a little added dimension.

Phew, that is it for me for today. Be sure to tune in tomorrow for my Friday post featuring the December PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo. I promise - I did NOT make a Christmas card!

Itty Bitty Betty

Whoa! My second post for today! I am on a roll!

Isn't Itty Bitty Betty just adorable all dressed up for Christmas? She is one of my new Christmas stamps from Pink Cat Studio .

Remember how I went to Newfoundland in November? Well, I carried with me a stack of already stamped 8.5x11 card stock about an inch thick. My Itty Bittys were among that stack. My youngest niece, Hayley, fell IN LOVE with this image and selected it as the one for her Christmas card from me....so I am honouring her request with this card.

I used Sketch 23 from Tuesday Morning Sketches for the layout and all of the papers are from my November PaperCard Kit from PaperWorksCo . Can you believe that I have not yet used up all the papers from that kit? I do have one add-on - the dew drops I used as embellishments are from my stash.

Betty is coloured with PrismaColor pencils and I also added:
  • super-fine glitter to her wings
  • fun flock to her hat and dress hem
  • liquid glass to her lollipop wand
Hope you likey! If you missed the first post for today, feel free to scroll down and take a peeky!
