A Magical Bean for the birthday girl

Hi folks,

The next month is full of birthdays in my family. Up first is one of my nieces - she's four years old - today!!

I thought this little bean would make for a fun card to celebrate. Since she likes the colour purple, the little bean was given bright purple hair.

card details:

  • finished size: 5x5 inches, white card stock base
  • patterned paper: Echo Park "Little Girl"
  • stamped image: The Greeting Farm "Magical Bean", coloured with Copic Markers (E000, E11, E01, E00, R21, V01, V15, V12, V17, YG01, YG05, BG23, BG13, BG45) and Clear Star Gelly Roll Marker on the wings.
  • sentiment: Verve "Birthday Bash"
  • embellishments: adhesive gem (in the centre of the flower in her hair)
  • Spellbinders Big Scalloped Ovals, EK Success Scalloped Scallops border punch
  • layout: Sketch Saturday #327
