These four cards were for my sister's four youngest daughters.

The first three feature images I coloured from The Greeting Farm and were for the three youngest.

And this one is for her teenage daughter. The snowman is from the Holly Jolly Sticker sheet and the mat is a PML card!

Celebrating a 9th birthday

Hi folks!

Just thought I would pop in over the next few days to share a few cards I have made recently for the many occasions that have been celebrated the past few weeks. It's been quite a whirlwind!

Up first is this card I made for one of my nieces - she celebrated her 9th birthday on the day I arrived back in Newfoundland for a visit.

I used retired Mix-in papers from CTMH from earlier this year. I just love those pops of pink and aqua with the black and white. With every idea book, CTMH releases a set of mixin papers that coordinate with the current collections. I find them VERY versatile and often use them standalone. 2nd Birthday Times Two

A long overdue CTMH Boutique Birthday Card

As you may have guessed, my paper-crafting mojo seems to be making a wee return. I'm finally able to share a card that I started months ago but only finished this past weekend. It languished in my craft room for days, weeks, then months. All I had left to do was colour the dress and put the pieces together. <sigh>

Just popping in to share a card I made for the 3rd birthday celebration of one of our nieces. Her birthday party theme was all about Peppa Pig (she's a fan) so I thought this card would fit the bill.

Yes, I still have a few 2017 Christmas cards to share so what the heck - I'll toss them all into this post to wrap up the year.

The images are all from The Greeting Farm while the papers are a mix.

I believe the snowflake paper on this first one is from American Crafts and the red glitter paper is from CTMH.

The silver glitter paper on this one is from CTMH and the patterned paper is from Stampin' Up (Quilted Christmas).

This one also uses papers from the Stampin' Up Quilted Christmas collection.

As does this one - again, the silver glitter paper is CTMH.

Sewing Fun for a Birthday Girl

Hi folks,

Just thought I would pop in and share another Hello Lovely card.

One of our nieces just celebrated her 7th birthday and one of the other aunties thought it would be a great idea if we pooled our resources and got a sewing machine for the budding sewist. So, we all chipped in and got her a machine of her own so she wouldn't be borrowing her Mom's as she learned the ropes. I've already seen photos and a video of her sewing up a storm on her new machine so I think it was a definitely a well-received prezzie.

To go with her prezzie, I made this card. The quilters among you will recognize the background as a log cabin layout.

Jeepers Creepers - Not just for Hallowe'en!

Popping in today to share this card for my niece who celebrates her birthday today!!!

Believe it or not, the papers on this card are from this year's Hallowe'en themed papers - Jeepers Creepers - from Close To My Heart and from the Adventure Fundamentals pack.

For anyone who likes purple and/or teal, this is a great all year paper pack - not just for Hallowe'en. In fact, the sentiment actually comes from the coordinating "Monstrous Hallowe'en" (Z4006) thin cuts & stamp set bundle and the washi tape? Also from the Jeepers Creepers collection!
