Hi folks,
Yes - the cards featuring the CTMH Falling For You collection just keep coming. What can I say? I quite like the colour scheme for this paper pack.
This is another card inspired by a CTMH Home Office card workshop. Clean, simple, easy to make!
As always, thanks for stopping by!

Another Autumnal Birthday Card
Hi folks,
Well, it seems that I am still on an autumn themed card streak. Today I have another card to share featuring the CTMH Falling For You paper collection.
A quick and easy make (inspired by a card workshop developed by CTMH home office) - another card for my stash!
As always, thanks for visiting!!

For You - Falling For You
Hi folks,
I'm back today to share the third card I was inspired to make based on the cards from the Falling For You scrapbooking workshop.
Again, I fussy cut a leaf from the Falling For You papers and switched out the sentiment for one from the Happy Day Cardmaking WYW set. I also used gold glitter gems and green twine.
Be sure to pop back again tomorrow as I still have cards to share featuring the Falling For You papers if you are looking for more inspiration.

Falling For You - Happy Birthday
Hi folks,
I'm back again today to share my second card inspired by the optional cards from the CTMH Falling For You Scrapbooking WYW Kit.
I'm always needing birthday cards so I substituted the mini Happy Birthday sentiment for the stamp used on the inspiration card. Instead of stamping and die cutting the leaves, I fussy cut them from one of the Falling For You papers. I also used some of my leftover Ocean sequins. The grey looks great with these papers.

Have a Happy Day!
Hi folks,
I'm back today sharing another Autumnal themed card.
If you have the CTMH Falling For You Scrapbooking Workshop Your Way Kit you know that there are additional instructions included to make three of each of these three cards in addition to the three double page layouts.
I decided to have a go at making them - with the stamps and embellishments I have on hand since I don't yet have the Falling For You Cardmaking Thin Cuts Bundle in my collection. Here's what I came up with for the card on the left.
For this card, I used the stamp set from the Happy Day Cardmaking WYW. See that sunflower? I made the petals using the leaf stamp!

Happy Day - Falling For You
Autumn seems to have finally arrived here in Ottawa so it's definitely time to share some Autumn themed cards.
In the current Holiday Expressions Idea Book from Close To My Heart, the Happy Day Cardmaking Workshop Your Way definitely fits the bill for fall themed cards.
I finally had a chance to sit down and play with the kit this week. Here are my two cards following the guide. I've got the pieces cut for the other 10 cards but haven't decided yet if I'll go with the same style of card (for a card workshop) or just make them with different sentiments and some add-ons for myself.
Excuse the smudges on my coloured images. After I had stamped my images with Archival Black ink, I decided to colour with Copics instead of watercolour paint (I was too lazy to go get water actually). Oops! I know better - Memento is the ink to use with Copics, not Archival. Anyways, I can live with it.
As always, thanks for stopping by!

Growing in Unity - Day 4
Hi folks,
Welcome back to Day 4 of my Growing in Unity Week. Like many of you visiting this week, I'm a subscriber to the Unity Kit of the Month so I decided that today I would share a couple of cards featuring this month's kit "Flowers, Foliage, & Fall"
Dearly beloved and I spent a few hours at his motorcyle mechanic's place for an emergency exhaust repair. While I was sitting around waiting, I was chatting with the mechanic's wife and she showed me her pumpkins and sunflowers that were just about ready to harvest. I was inspired to grab the pumpkin and flowers image to make these two cards.
Autumn - my favourite time of year!
Now don't forget - be sure to leave a comment on this post if you would like to be entered into a draw to win a grab bag of 25 random stamps from Unity at the end of the week! I have moderation enabled on the blog comments so don't be alarmed if you don't see your comment right away - it will be visible once I approve it!
