Hi folks!
Just popping in on this scorcher of a Canada Day to share a card I made for friends of ours who recently got married.
The arrival of my (sob) last order from Verve (they are shuttering their operations) coincided with the happy occasion so I was able to use these lovely freebie papers with a stamp from one of the sets I purchased.
It's fairly clean and simple so I jazzed it up a bit with a gold heart clip from CTMH.

Hi folks,
Today I'm sharing a wedding card I made for my cousin's daughter. Boy, I'm feeling old. Another one of the next generation getting hitched - today!
I took my inspiration for this card from pg. 40 of the CTMH Annual Inspirations Idea Book.

Forever & Always
Hi folks,
As some of you may know, I have just returned from a quick little visit to Newfoundland where I took part in my brother's wedding.
Today, I am sharing the card I made for him and his new bride in order to celebrate the happy occasion - yep, that's ANOTHER one to add to the list of October events in my celebrations calendar! It's getting quite crowded in there now!!! Might be time to make a new perpetual calendar!
Anyways, here is their card - in their wedding colours. Black and hot pink.
Funny thing with this card is that I STARTED out with the Mojo Monday 273 sketch (from LAST year) - but it didn't wind up that way. I wound up just winging it because of the size of the image, the sentiment and size of card I wanted to make.

Viva La Verve - August Week 2
Hi folks,
I managed to grab an hour in the craft room this weekend to play along with the Viva La Verve August Week 2 Sketch challenge over on Splitcoaststampers (and yes, if you are keeping track I have not yet had a chance to do my card for the Week 1 Sketch).
Here's the sketch:
And here is my card (I thought the sketch was perfect for a wedding card for my next door neighbour's daughter):

PaperWorksCo and Rachelle Anne Miller are pleased to invite you
to the first wedding at PaperWorksCo!
And it is a lovely one indeed - right up there with William and Kate!
If you have not done so already, you must stop by this post over at the PaperWorksCo blog to start your trek through all the wonderful photos of the happy day. To make things fun for everyone, EVERY member of the design team is hosting a blog hop challenge based on their own (or dream) wedding colours so you can win your very own copy of the full wedding release. How sweet is that! Nine chances to win if you play along with each challenge! PLUS Peg has another of her fabulous digi frame images available for free so you will have another image for playing along with PWCO challenges.
And of course, it wouldn't be a PWCO release without Peg's usual wheelings and dealings! There is a special discount code in effect until end of day Monday, July 25th for 10% off all PWCO stamps (not just this release) AND there is a special price on the full release bundle (which you know I have already ordered - plus an extra for an upcoming blog candy on my own blogarooni!) Just check out this post from the end of the blog hop for all the details!
