As is often the case, when I am looking for card-making inspiration, I look no further than the pages of the CTMH Idea Books. I'm a BIG fan of using scrapbook layouts for my cards. Can you spot the inspiration for these cards? Hint: they are in the current idea book!

I used the upcoming August SOTM "From Me To You" (S1908) for the birthday card and the retired "Smarty Pants" (C1649) for the graduation card. Burlap ribbon in New England Ivy and Blue provided the perfect accents for this paper collection.

Hi folks,

It seems I'm a bit delinquent about posting my recent cards.

After I made the cards for my Mom and Sister a couple of weeks ago, I made these three cards from the bits and pieces that were lying around on the crafting table.

I find it's nice to have cards at the ready for when I realize that "oops! There's another birthday around the corner!"

The third card actually went into the post today for my niece for her birthday next week.

I'm back again today with another recent make - for my sister. Every year on Father's Day I make a card for her - she has six kids and has often had to be both Mom and Dad.
